Run an evaluation

Rate an athlete across your sport’s evaluation traits and save it for a report.

1. 1Open Evaluate from the bottom tab bar.
2. 2Find the athlete on the picker grid and click “New evaluation”.
3. 3Drag a slider for each trait you actually observed. Untouched traits stay “Not rated” and are left out of the report — that is deliberate, so skip what you did not see.
4. 4Write Strengths and Development Areas in the two text boxes.
5. 5Click “Save evaluation”. It stays disabled until at least one trait is rated. You land straight on the report screen.
