Track eligibility

Set and explain whether an athlete can compete.

1. 1Open Academics → Athletes and click the athlete.
2. 2In the Eligibility panel click eligible, at risk or ineligible.
3. 3For anything other than eligible, fill the required reason and plan box that appears.
4. 4Click “Save eligibility”. Changing the status also notifies the guardian, so set it once you are sure.
