Each is scored 1–10. The behaviours listed are what a coach is actually looking at — they print on the report so a family can read what the number meant.

    Accuracy, timing, weight and variety; scanning before receiving; identifying lanes; playing through pressure.

    Technique, accuracy, power, release speed, shot selection; finishing from different locations; rebounds, deflections and tips.

    Eliminating defenders using skill, deception, acceleration, changes of direction and controlled aggression; knowing when to attack versus distribute.

    Tackling & Defending

    Timing and technique of tackles; channelling attackers; stick positioning; defensive footwork; interception; defending without fouling.

    Positioning & Structure

    Positional responsibilities; spacing; defensive shape; attacking structure; recognising when to rotate, cover, press or recover.

    Set Piece / Corner Execution

    Execution and consistency on attacking and defensive penalty corners; injection, trapping, striking, variations, positioning, execution under pressure.
