Invite a guardian

Send a parent a consent link so they can see schedules, reports and payments.

1. 1Open Admin → People and stay on the Athletes tab.
2. 2Click “Invite guardian” on the athlete’s card.
3. 3If an amber warning says the athlete isn’t on a team yet, pick a team in the inline dropdown and click “Add to …” first.
4. 4Type the Guardian email and click “Send invite”. The guardian is emailed a consent link and a copyable link appears in the dialog.
5. 5If they never act on it, find them under Pending invites and click “Resend” — that rotates the link and copies the new one to your clipboard.
