Set up your program

Create your organization, first team and starting roster in one pass.

1. 1Open Evaluate from the bottom tab bar.
2. 2Click “Set up my program”. It appears in the page header while you have no roster, and again inside the “Invite your first athletes” empty state.
3. 3Step 1 of 4 — type your Organization name. If a program with that name already exists you get a warning with “Open the existing one” or “Continue as a separate program”; pick one, then click Next.
4. 4Step 2 — type the team name and choose the Sport, then click Next.
5. 5Step 3 — fill in First name, Last name, jersey number and Position for each athlete. Use “Add athlete” for more rows and the trash icon to drop one. At least one is required, then click Next.
6. 6Step 4 — check the review summary, then click “Create program”. You land back on Evaluate with the new roster loaded.
7. 7One thing worth knowing before you start filling the app up: if your subscription ever falls behind, everything you have stays readable, but the buttons that write — add, save, publish, invite — are disabled with a note saying why, and they come back as soon as billing is current.
